It gathers theatre and musical performances into one calm, reliable place, so finding a show feels easy instead of overwhelming. More than a finder, it’s a small act of advocacy — a way to keep seats filled, stages lit, and live performance thriving for the next generation of artists.
Why StageFinder exists
Finding live theatre shouldn’t mean hopping between a dozen sites, calendars, and feeds. StageFinder makes discovery clearer, faster, and more trustworthy — and does something quietly bigger: it sends people back to the theatre.

Part of something larger
StageFinder is part of The Live Like Ethan Arts Foundation, created in memory of Ethan Michael Ramos. The Foundation exists to do three things: to honor Ethan’s memory, to extend his passion and advocacy for the arts, and to channel generosity into real opportunity — scholarships and support for the schools, programs, and young artists who carry live theatre forward.
StageFinder is the part you can use every day. When you find a show here and take your seat, you become part of that mission too.
For Ethan
Ethan was a singer, a dancer, an actor, a writer, and an advocate. He loved the stage with his whole heart, and he believed — out loud, in his columns, to anyone who would listen — that every young artist deserves the chance to chase that same joy. “When in doubt, advocate,” he wrote. We’re trying to.
The light and star motifs woven throughout StageFinder are for him: presence, guidance, and a love that keeps moving forward. It isn’t explained loudly, and it doesn’t need to be. Some things are meant to be felt more than described.
